Colleen and Paul Hamann

Since March 2013 Colleen and Paul have lived and worked full time at Tiverton Park Manor. A retired high school English teacher, Paul works hard to keep the building and grounds attractive and in good repair, and supervises the kitchen. Colleen is the Director of Care. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1974 in varied settings but most of her professional years she spent as an Emergency Department RN. Both are very happy with their careers at TPM and enjoy maintaining a safe, comfortable home with a fine quality of life for our community's seniors.

Duncan Hamann

Duncan moved with his family to Tiverton in 2015 to assist his parents, Paul & Colleen with the family business after spending 9 years working in the Cayman Islands, where his twin girls were born. With a university degree in international business & economics and having worked in the hospitality industry since 1998, as General Manager Duncan oversees day-to-day operations, spends lengthy amounts of times socializing with the residents, assists residents with odd jobs, tends the vegetable garden, and even sometimes grabs a guitar and sings for their entertainment. When not on site, Duncan can often be found in his own garden, on a golf course or volleyball court, or with his guitar in hand playing blues.

About The Community

The beautiful village of Tiverton offers a Baptist and a Presbyterian Church, who both have a regular presence at the Manor. Sunday services, entertainment by local organizations and clubs, and the efforts of the Tiverton Ladies’ Auxiliary bring the warmth and vitality of the local Tiverton community to our residents.
